MD4BRICKFINDS REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MD4BrickFinds. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Please contact MD4BrickFinds before returning any merchandise.

Returns must be reviewed and approved before an item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

2. NO CHANGE-OF-MIND OR BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS

MD4BrickFinds does not accept returns solely because of change of mind, buyer's remorse, or purchasing regret.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Deciding you no longer want or need the item
• Ordering the wrong item, LEGO set, part, color, size, character, series, or variation
• Finding the item at a lower price elsewhere
• Purchasing a duplicate
• Purchasing an item as a gift that is no longer needed
• Changing your mind after the order has been placed, shipped, or delivered

Please carefully review all listing photographs, descriptions, measurements, set numbers, part numbers, quantities, condition details, and included contents before purchasing.

3. ELIGIBLE RETURN ISSUES

A return or other resolution may be considered when:

• The incorrect item was sent
• An item arrives materially damaged
• An item is materially different from the listing description
• An item has an undisclosed material defect
• An item or component specifically represented as included is missing
• Another qualifying issue exists under applicable law

Please contact MD4BrickFinds within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

4. RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Any approved return must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Unless the nature of the reported problem reasonably requires otherwise, returned merchandise must:

• Remain unused by the buyer
• Include the original packaging
• Include all originally supplied pieces, accessories, manuals, paperwork, tags, and contents
• Have no additional wear, damage, alteration, assembly, modification, or use
• Be securely packaged for return shipment

Items returned incomplete, altered, damaged, used, or in a materially different condition from when they were delivered may be denied a refund or may qualify only for a reduced refund where permitted by law.

5. FACTORY-SEALED ITEMS

Items sold as factory sealed must remain factory sealed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• LEGO sets and polybags
• ZURU Mini Brands and capsules
• Blind boxes and mystery products
• Collectible figures
• Toys
• Trading cards or sealed card products
• Other factory-sealed collectibles

Opening, removing, cutting, breaking, or altering a factory seal after delivery may make the item ineligible for return unless the return relates to a qualifying defect, incorrect item, material misdescription, or another right that cannot legally be waived.

If a sealed item appears damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, please contact MD4BrickFinds before opening it whenever reasonably possible.

6. PRE-OWNED, LOOSE, REBUILT & REASSEMBLED ITEMS

MD4BrickFinds sells merchandise that may be pre-owned, loose, opened, rebuilt, reassembled, manually inventoried, or sourced from secondhand collections.

This may include LEGO pieces and sets, ZURU Mini Brands, toys, figures, collectibles, trading cards, vintage items, and other merchandise.

Approved returns must include the same items, pieces, accessories, and contents that were originally delivered.

Returned merchandise must not be further assembled, modified, played with, substituted, damaged, or altered after delivery except where reasonably necessary to identify a reported problem.

7. AUTHENTICITY, COMPLETENESS & HUMAN ERROR

MD4BrickFinds takes reasonable care to inspect, identify, sort, count, photograph, and describe merchandise accurately.

Unless otherwise stated, branded merchandise is represented as genuine and accurately identified to the best of our knowledge and ability based on visual inspection, manufacturer markings, packaging, reference materials, checklists, identification tools, and other reasonably available information.

Because many items are pre-owned, loose, rebuilt, reassembled, opened, or obtained secondhand, individual components may not have been independently authenticated by the original manufacturer or a third-party authentication service.

When an item, set, bundle, or collection is described as "complete," this means that, after reasonable inspection, counting, comparison, or verification, we believe the required contents are present at the time of listing.

Because merchandise may be manually counted, sorted, identified, and verified, occasional human errors involving quantity, color, variant, series, checklist information, pieces, packaging, or other details may occur despite reasonable efforts to prevent them.

"Complete" does not necessarily include original packaging, spare or extra pieces, paperwork, inserts, stickers, promotional materials, or other extras unless the listing specifically states that those items are included.

If you believe an item was materially misidentified, incorrectly counted, contains a component that appears not to be authentic, or is missing something specifically represented as included, please contact MD4BrickFinds within the return request period so we can review the concern.

8. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless a return is required because MD4BrickFinds sent the incorrect item, the merchandise was materially not as described, or applicable law requires otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs on any approved return.

Return shipping costs paid by the buyer are not reimbursed.

The buyer is responsible for securely packaging returned merchandise.

We recommend using a return shipping service that provides tracking or delivery confirmation when available.

MD4BrickFinds is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or misdirected during return transit when the buyer is responsible for arranging the return shipment.

9. RESTOCKING FEE

Approved returns that are not the result of an error by MD4BrickFinds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The restocking fee is calculated from the purchase price of the returned merchandise and may be deducted from the amount refunded.

The restocking fee may apply to discretionary returns or other returns approved by MD4BrickFinds as an exception to our standard return policy.

A restocking fee will not be charged when the return is required because:

• MD4BrickFinds sent the incorrect item
• The item was materially not as described
• The item had an undisclosed material defect
• The item arrived materially damaged due to circumstances for which MD4BrickFinds is responsible
• Applicable law requires a full refund without a restocking fee

Payment of a restocking fee does not make an otherwise ineligible item returnable.

Items that have been opened, used, altered, damaged, made incomplete, or returned in a materially different condition may still be denied a return under this policy.

Any applicable restocking fee is separate from shipping costs.

10. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping charges paid when placing the order are non-refundable unless:

• The return is the result of an error by MD4BrickFinds
• The incorrect merchandise was shipped
• The merchandise was materially not as described
• Applicable law requires reimbursement

Shipping upgrades, expedited shipping fees, insurance upgrades, or other optional delivery-related charges are also non-refundable unless required by law.

Free shipping has no cash value and does not create a separate shipping refund.

11. REFUND AMOUNT

Approved refunds are issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Unless required by law or the return results from a qualifying error by MD4BrickFinds, the refund generally applies only to the eligible purchase price of the returned merchandise, less any applicable restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable as described above.

Return shipping charges are also non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer except where otherwise stated in this policy or required by law.

Example:

If an approved discretionary return involves a $100 item and a 15% restocking fee applies, the merchandise refund would generally be $85.

Any original shipping paid by the buyer and any return shipping costs paid by the buyer would not be included in that refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on Shopify, the customer's bank, credit card issuer, or other payment provider.

12. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, contact MD4BrickFinds promptly.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the shipping packaging when relevant
• Photos of any visible damage when relevant

Please retain the item and shipping materials while the issue is being reviewed.

MD4BrickFinds may request additional photographs, packaging information, manufacturer markings, or other reasonable information needed to evaluate the concern.

13. MISSING PIECES OR CONTENTS

If an item or component specifically represented as included is missing, please contact MD4BrickFinds within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask for photographs or other information to help verify the issue.

Where appropriate, possible resolutions may include:

• Replacement of a missing component when available
• A partial refund
• Return of the item
• Another reasonable resolution depending on the circumstances

A minor issue that can reasonably be corrected by providing a missing piece or other appropriate resolution does not automatically require return of the entire order.

14. REFUND OR RETURN ABUSE

MD4BrickFinds reserves the right, where permitted by law, to decline or limit returns involving suspected:

• Fraud
• Item substitution
• Deliberate damage
• Removal or substitution of pieces or contents
• Altered merchandise
• Missing returned contents
• Misuse of the return process
• Attempts to return a different item than the one purchased

This provision does not limit legitimate consumer rights or remedies.

15. CANCELLATIONS BEFORE SHIPMENT

If you need to request cancellation of an order, contact MD4BrickFinds as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been packaged, had postage purchased, or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, this Refund & Return Policy applies.

Any non-refundable costs already incurred in connection with an approved cancellation may be handled as permitted by applicable law and the payment platform used for the transaction.
