These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MD4BrickFinds website, store, products, forms, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, submitting a form, or purchasing from MD4BrickFinds, you agree to these Terms.
MD4BrickFinds is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and Services.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes.
By using this website or making a purchase, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into the transaction or are using the Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our products, website, forms, or Services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Many products sold by MD4BrickFinds are:
• One-of-a-kind
• Pre-owned
• Retired or discontinued
• Collectible
• Limited quantity
• Loose or individually inventoried
• Sourced secondhand
• Available in quantities of only one
Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve the merchandise.
Products remain available for purchase until an order has been successfully completed and accepted.
Inventory errors may occasionally occur, including situations where an item has sold elsewhere, was incorrectly counted, or is otherwise unavailable.
If we are unable to fulfill an item that was ordered, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue an appropriate refund.
3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOGRAPHS
MD4BrickFinds makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate photographs, titles, descriptions, measurements, quantities, condition information, model numbers, set numbers, part numbers, series information, and other product details.
For pre-owned, vintage, collectible, loose, rebuilt, or reassembled merchandise, normal signs of previous ownership may be present unless specifically stated otherwise.
Photographs are considered part of the product description when they show the actual item being sold.
Colors may appear somewhat different depending on lighting, photography, screens, displays, and device settings.
Please review the complete listing and photographs before purchasing.
4. AUTHENTICITY, COMPLETENESS & HUMAN ERROR
MD4BrickFinds takes reasonable care to inspect, identify, sort, count, photograph, and describe merchandise accurately.
Unless otherwise stated in a listing, branded items are represented as genuine and accurately identified to the best of our knowledge and ability based on visual inspection, manufacturer markings, packaging, reference materials, checklists, available identification tools, and other reasonably available information.
This applies to merchandise including, but not limited to:
• LEGO products
• ZURU Mini Brands
• Collectible figures
• Toys
• Trading cards
• Promotional items
• Vintage merchandise
• Other branded goods
Because many items are pre-owned, loose, opened, rebuilt, reassembled, removed from larger collections, or obtained secondhand, MD4BrickFinds cannot guarantee that every individual component has been independently authenticated by the original manufacturer or a third-party authentication service.
When an item, set, collection, or bundle is described as "complete," this means that, to the best of our knowledge and after reasonable inspection, counting, comparison, or verification, we believe the required contents are present at the time of listing.
For pre-owned, loose, rebuilt, reassembled, or manually inventoried merchandise, occasional counting, sorting, identification, color, variant, series, checklist, packaging, or listing errors may occur despite reasonable efforts to prevent them.
"Complete" does not necessarily include original packaging, extra or spare pieces, inserts, paperwork, stickers, promotional materials, display packaging, or other extras unless the listing specifically states that those items are included.
For blind-box, capsule, mystery, collectible, or series-based merchandise, identification may be based on packaging codes, manufacturer information, scanning tools, checklists, visual comparison, or other available identification methods.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such identification is provided to the best of our knowledge and ability and is not a manufacturer or third-party guarantee.
If MD4BrickFinds knows or reasonably believes an item contains reproduction, replacement, compatible-brand, aftermarket, or non-original components, we will disclose that information in the listing whenever known.
We are human, and unintentional mistakes can happen.
If you believe an item was materially misidentified, incorrectly counted, missing something specifically represented as included, or materially different from its listing, please contact MD4BrickFinds promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
We may request photographs, packaging information, markings, or other reasonable information to help verify the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
5. SEALED, MYSTERY & BLIND ITEMS
Some merchandise may be sold factory sealed, including LEGO sets, ZURU products, blind boxes, capsules, collectible figures, toys, cards, promotional merchandise, and other collectibles.
When an item is sold sealed, MD4BrickFinds generally cannot inspect the contents without altering the condition of the merchandise.
Unless otherwise stated, we do not guarantee:
• Which random item is contained inside a true blind or mystery product
• Manufacturer production quality
• Factory packaging variations
• Internal cosmetic condition that cannot reasonably be inspected without opening the product
If a sealed collectible has been identified using a manufacturer code, scanner, checklist, packaging code, weight, visual indicator, or similar identification method, that identification is provided to the best of our knowledge unless specifically guaranteed otherwise.
6. CONDITION
Condition descriptions are based on reasonable visual inspection and our judgment at the time of listing.
Terms such as:
• New
• Sealed
• Open box
• Pre-owned
• Used
• Complete
• Very good
• Good
• Fair
are intended to help describe merchandise but should be considered together with the listing photographs and written description.
Pre-owned and vintage merchandise may have age-related wear or minor imperfections.
7. PRICES & PRICING ERRORS
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Despite reasonable efforts, occasional pricing, discount, inventory, typographical, or technical errors may occur.
MD4BrickFinds reserves the right to correct an obvious pricing or listing error before fulfillment.
If an order is affected by a material pricing or listing error, we may contact the customer, cancel the affected item or order, and issue an appropriate refund.
We will not substitute a different product without the customer's approval.
8. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
MD4BrickFinds may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for:
• Inventory errors
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment problems
• Shipping restrictions
• Incorrect address information
• Duplicate orders believed to be accidental
• Technical errors
• Merchandise that cannot reasonably be fulfilled
If we cancel a paid order or item that cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be issued.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to request cancellation of an order, contact MD4BrickFinds as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, been packaged, or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, any eligible return is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
10. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by the MD4BrickFinds Refund & Return Policy.
MD4BrickFinds does not generally accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or purchasing regret.
Eligible concerns involving incorrect merchandise, material listing errors, shipping damage, or other qualifying issues will be reviewed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
11. SHIPPING
Shipping is governed by the MD4BrickFinds Shipping Policy.
Shipping methods may vary based on the size, weight, value, destination, and type of merchandise.
Some low-cost or lightweight orders may be shipped using economical USPS envelope or mail services that do not include standard end-to-end tracking.
Free shipping does not guarantee a particular shipping service or tracking method unless specifically stated.
12. LEGO PART REQUESTS
MD4BrickFinds may allow customers to submit requests for specific LEGO pieces, colors, quantities, sets, minifigures, or components.
Submitting a request does not:
• Guarantee that the requested item is available
• Reserve inventory
• Establish a sale
• Guarantee a particular price
• Require MD4BrickFinds to obtain the requested item
Any availability, price, condition, and shipping details will be communicated separately before a purchase is completed.
13. ZURU MINI BRANDS & COLLECTIBLE REQUESTS
Customers may submit requests for specific ZURU Mini Brands products or other collectibles.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, identification, price, condition, or acquisition of the requested merchandise.
Series, checklist, variant, rarity, and identification information is provided to the best of our knowledge based on available reference information.
14. SELL YOUR LEGO / MERCHANDISE SUBMISSIONS
MD4BrickFinds may allow individuals to submit information about LEGO sets, loose pieces, collections, toys, collectibles, or other merchandise they may wish to sell.
Submitting merchandise information, photographs, descriptions, or an asking price does not create a purchase agreement and does not obligate MD4BrickFinds to purchase the merchandise.
MD4BrickFinds may:
• Decline any offer
• Request additional information or photographs
• Make an offer different from the seller's requested price
• Withdraw an offer before a final transaction is completed where legally permitted
A purchase is not final until the parties have agreed to the applicable terms and payment or other agreed consideration has been completed.
Anyone offering merchandise to MD4BrickFinds represents that they have the legal right to sell the merchandise.
MD4BrickFinds does not knowingly purchase stolen merchandise or merchandise that a seller does not have the legal authority to sell.
15. PAYMENT
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.
Payments may be processed by Shopify or third-party payment providers.
MD4BrickFinds does not directly control the policies, processing times, security procedures, or authorization decisions of third-party payment providers.
16. TAXES
Applicable sales tax or other required taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout according to applicable law and the capabilities of our ecommerce platform.
17. PROMOTIONS, COUPONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotions, discount codes, free-shipping offers, or other special offers may:
• Have expiration dates
• Require minimum purchase amounts
• Apply only to eligible merchandise
• Exclude certain items
• Be limited to one use
• Be modified or discontinued where permitted
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined.

MD4BrickFinds is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or an official representative of LEGO, ZURU, McDonald's, Disney, or any other manufacturer, brand owner, or rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.
Brand names and trademarks are used only as reasonably necessary to identify, describe, and resell products.
