MD4BRICKFINDS SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MD4BrickFinds. We take reasonable care when packaging and shipping LEGO, ZURU Mini Brands, trading cards, toys, collectibles, loose pieces, and other merchandise.

SHIPPING AREA

MD4BrickFinds currently ships within the United States.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are primarily shipped through USPS.

The shipping method used may vary based on the item's size, weight, value, destination, packaging needs, and the shipping option purchased or offered with the listing.

Depending on the order, shipping may include:

• USPS Ground Advantage or another tracked package service
• USPS Priority Mail when appropriate
• Lower-cost USPS envelope or mail services
• Other economical shipping methods appropriate for small or lightweight merchandise

Some inexpensive items, including certain trading cards, small collectibles, or orders under approximately $20, may be shipped using a lower-cost USPS envelope or mail option when appropriate.

Not every shipping method includes standard end-to-end package tracking.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and shipped as promptly as reasonably possible.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Weekends, holidays, unusually high order volume, weather events, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect processing or delivery times.

TRACKING

Tracking will be provided when it is included with the shipping service used for the order.

Some economical USPS envelope or mail services may not include standard package tracking or may provide limited shipment information.

When tracking is available, it will be provided after the order has been prepared for shipment.

Please allow time for carrier tracking systems to begin updating after a label has been created.

The absence of standard tracking does not necessarily mean an order has not shipped.

FREE SHIPPING

When an item or order qualifies for free shipping, MD4BrickFinds will select an appropriate shipping method based on the merchandise, package size, weight, value, destination, and packaging requirements.

Free shipping may use:

• USPS Ground Advantage
• An economical USPS envelope or mail service
• Another appropriate shipping method

Free shipping does not guarantee expedited service or standard package tracking unless specifically stated in the listing or at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an address error, contact MD4BrickFinds as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped.

MD4BrickFinds is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, returned packages, or additional shipping expenses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

PACKAGING

Orders are packaged based on the merchandise being shipped.

LEGO sets, loose LEGO pieces, ZURU Mini Brands, trading cards, toys, sealed collectibles, and other merchandise may require different packaging methods.

We take reasonable care to package items appropriately for shipment.

Multiple items from the same order may be packaged together when practical.

Clean and appropriate shipping or packing materials may occasionally be reused to help reduce unnecessary waste.

SEALED & COLLECTIBLE ITEMS

We take reasonable care when packaging factory-sealed and collectible merchandise.

Minor exterior packaging wear may occur during carrier handling and transportation despite appropriate packaging.

Any known pre-existing box or packaging damage will be disclosed in the product listing whenever reasonably possible.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Any delivery dates or transit times displayed at checkout or provided by a shipping carrier are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

MD4BrickFinds cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier volume, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

UNTRACKED & ECONOMY SHIPPING

Some low-cost or lightweight orders may be shipped using USPS envelope or other economy mail services that do not include standard tracking.

This may include certain:

• Trading cards
• Small collectibles
• Lightweight merchandise
• Low-value orders
• Free-shipping orders when appropriate

Customers selecting or receiving an economy shipping method acknowledge that tracking information may be limited or unavailable.

Please allow a reasonable delivery period for untracked mail, as delivery times may vary.

If an untracked order has not arrived after a reasonable delivery period, please contact MD4BrickFinds with your order number so we can review the shipment and available options.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

For tracked shipments, if tracking indicates that an order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact MD4BrickFinds.

We will review the available shipping information and assist with appropriate next steps, often asking the buyer to contact the carrier directly as requested from the carrier. 

Carrier investigations or claims may require additional processing time.

For shipments without standard tracking, please allow a reasonable delivery period before reporting the order as missing.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

If carrier tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

• Check around the delivery location
• Check mailboxes, porches, side doors, garages, and other safe delivery areas
• Check with other members of your household
• Check with neighbors when appropriate
• Allow a reasonable amount of time in case the carrier marked the package delivered shortly before actual delivery
• Contact the carrier when appropriate

If the package still cannot be located, contact MD4BrickFinds and we will review the available shipment information.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If merchandise arrives damaged, contact MD4BrickFinds promptly.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the merchandise
• Photos of the shipping box, envelope, or mailer
• Photos of any visible packaging damage
• A brief description of the issue

Please keep the item and all shipping materials while the issue is being reviewed. Packaging or photographs may be needed for a shipping claim.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

MD4BrickFinds makes reasonable efforts to inspect, count, identify, and verify orders before shipment.

Because some merchandise is pre-owned, loose, rebuilt, reassembled, or manually inventoried, occasional human errors may occur despite reasonable care.

If you believe you received the wrong item or an item or piece specifically represented as included is missing, please contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

RETURN SHIPPING

Returns and return shipping costs are governed by the MD4BrickFinds Refund & Return Policy.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping on approved discretionary returns unless otherwise stated.

When a qualifying return results from an error by MD4BrickFinds, return shipping will be handled as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
